'Storm's a Comin'

This place intrigues me because of its lead-in of countering diagonals. Of course I make a number of changes to bring out what I wish to highlight. This time i wanted a dramatic contrast of values at the dominant area. 

¼ sheet watercolor painting (11" x 14" or vice versa) on Arches 140 LB rough watercolor paper. Ships flat, not rolled with plain white mat.
