'Loyalty'

The relationship of these two figures sitting on a ledge was so captivating that I surrreptitiously photographed them. It was on some street in a town in England. They seemed to tell their own tale, but I was reminded of the heartwarming story of "Greyfriars  Bobby" by Eleanor Atkinson.

¼ sheet watercolor painting (11" x 14" or vice versa) on Arches 140 LB rough watercolor paper. Ships flat, not rolled with plain white mat.
