'Zion Cadence'

This painting is a response to the living motions of the canyon: The bold vertical beat of the cliffs,  the gentle curve of the talus slopes, the march of trees along the canyon floor and the flow of water in the river. It is music to my eyes.

½ sheet watercolor painting (20" x 27" or vice versa) on Arches 140 LB rough watercolor paper. Ships flat, not rolled with plain white mat.
